Mikael Wehner is an artist based in Stockholm/Sweden working under the name “The Midi Thief”. He’s one of the people behind the Swedish VJ Union and he used to be the head of the Pixelvärk festival (part of the Pixelache network).
He performs solo as The Midi Thief and together with others in the group “Instructions”.
He gives short series of workshops and lectures at the Audiovisual Program at the University of Dalarna, Sweden’s first and only university program dedicated to audiovisual live performances and video installations.
