Insectotròpics is an art collective that investigate the audiovisual world. Their projects mix different art techniques, all represented in real time. “Caputxeta Galactica” is their first job.
La Caputxeta Galáctica is a psychotropic version of the tale of Little Red Riding Hood, meanwhile also drawing parallels with the arrival of man on the moon, with both acting as metaphors for a journey of initiation.
With the absolute hybridization of its varied components expressed in real-time video, and the multiplicity of artistic languages which enhance the potential of this visual action, a new artistic dimension is achieved which increases communication whilst perverting perceptions of ‘the stage’.
